Grievance Tracker
A grievance is any act or state of affairs that violates the employee's contract, GAU's contract with the University, or federal and state workplace protections.
GAU handles hundreds of grievances a year. Many are settled informally through mediation between GAU, the employee, and the employing department.
If you are having difficulties with receiving your pay, subpar working conditions, or experiencing difficulty in working with your department or supervising professor, File a Grievance.
